- Cloud Security & Compliance: Enterprise-grade security including firewalls, intrusion detection, encryption, and regulatory compliance
- CI/CD & DevSecOps: Automated deployment pipelines and secure development practices
- Kubernetes & Docker: Container orchestration and management services
- Cost Optimization: Cloud infrastructure analysis and cost reduction strategies
- Web & App Development: Custom web applications and mobile app development
- 24/7 Monitoring: Continuous infrastructure monitoring and incident response
- Database Management: Setup, optimization, and maintenance of database systems
3. User Accounts and Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our managed services. However, uptime guarantees may vary depending on your service plan and are subject to the terms of your specific agreement.
5.2 Scheduled Maintenance
We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. During maintenance windows, services may be temporarily unavailable.
5.3 Unscheduled Downtime
We are not liable for service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Third-party cloud provider outages (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Internet service provider failures
- Natural disasters or acts of God
- Cyber attacks or security incidents
- Client-side configuration errors
6. Payment Terms and Billing
6.1 Fees and Charges
You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected service plan. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice.
6.2 Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified on our website.
6.3 Subscription Billing
For subscription-based services:
- Billing occurs on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, annually)
- Automatic renewal unless canceled before the renewal date
- No refunds for partial billing periods
6.4 Late Payments
Late payments may result in service suspension or termination. We may charge late fees as permitted by law.

- ZeonEdge SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
- OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
- WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOST PROFITS
- WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SECURE
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZeonEdge, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your use or misuse of our services
- Your infringement of any third-party rights
- Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
12. Third-Party Services
Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, GitHub, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
13. Termination
13.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or through your account settings.
13.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if:
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Your account poses a security risk
- You fail to pay fees when due
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to services will be immediately revoked
- You remain responsible for any outstanding fees
